Based on the availability of parties, SCE has scheduled a conference call on Friday, June 16 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to gauge parties’ interest in initiating settlement discussions on the issues in-scope for SCE’s 2016 Rate Design Window (2016 RDW) proceeding (A.16-09-003). Again, these issues include:
- Revising SCE’s standard time-of-use (TOU) periods and seasons, and implementing the revised standard TOU periods for all non-residential customers on rate schedules with standard TOU periods;
- Implementing default critical peak pricing (CPP) for more than 500,000 small and medium commercial customers and 1,500 large agricultural customers, or adopting SCE’s alternate proposal, which would make CPP optional for small commercial customers;
- Revising SCE’s real-time pricing (RTP) tariffs; and,
- Considering the elimination of the cap on SCE’s Option R tariffs.
