Based on stakeholder comments and feedback to the Flexible Resource Adequacy Criteria and Must Offer Obligations Phase 2 revised straw proposal, the ISO understands additional time and analysis is needed to more comprehensively access the flexible resource adequacy capacity construct, informed by ISO system and operational needs and challenges. The ISO scheduled a working group meeting for August 2, 2017 to discuss current and future operational system needs for flexible resource adequacy capacity, and how the flexible resource adequacy construct can be reformed to meet these needs.
The ISO will post a presentation for this meeting which will be available on the ISO website by close of business July 26.
Please submit comments on the meeting discussion to firstname.lastname@example.org by close of business August 18.
Telephone participants will be in a listen-only mode due to the open dialog that takes place in a working group session. To fully participate in the dialog, please plan to attend the meeting in person and RSVP by close of business July 31 to http://www.rsvpbook.com/
