In accordance with the June 7, 2017 ACR (Setting Scope and Schedule for the Continued Long Term Refinement Discussions Pertaining to the Integration Capacity Analysis and Locational Net Benefits Analysis in Track One of the Distribution Resources Plan Proceedings), the Integrated Capacity Analysis (ICA) and Locational Net Benefits Analysis (LNBA) Working Groups will hold its first meeting on Long Term Refinement topics on July 7, 2017 from 9am – 4pm at the East Bay Community Foundation (353 Frank H. In accordance with the ACR, More Than Smart facilitated the compilation of two scoping documents that briefly summarize discussions on these topics to date and detail relevant framing questions or considerations to move discussions forward, to help the Working Group initiate long-term refinement discussions in an efficient manner over the six-month Working Group process.
